Sap is collected with a vacuum tubing system and sap ladders. We reduce boiling time by utilizing a reverse osmosis machine to remove water from the sap. Currently we can use both oil and natural gas to fire our 3x8 Algier evaporator.  Our farm produces maple syrup, maple cream, maple candy, and maple coated peanuts.
